Championship regatta hosting and race management

Founded in 1859 partly from the need to curb unruly behaviour amongst racing crews, the RNSYC has a long tradition of hosting major sailing events including class championships at regional, national and international level.
The club has a wealth of experience to bring to regatta and race management, and a pool of experienced race officers on which to draw, together with a well maintained and equipped fleet of race support and safety boats manned by trained crews.

If you are planning an offshore race from or to Lowestoft, we can also arrange to start you or time you in.
And when racing is over for the day, you will enjoy a warm welcome and friendly, informal atmosphere in our unique clubhouse.
