Testimonials

"Beautiful building. An excellent place to stay."

What a beautiful setting! At night there was a fresh sea breeze coming through our open window which we were thankful for in the hot summer night. Spotlessly clean and a good sized room. Lovely fresh linen and good facilities. Ample secure free parking on site and staff were all so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The Eggs Royale for breakfast were divine with a very generous portion of quality smoked salmon and eaten right by the marina with all the yachts in view. Highly recommended.

Testimonials

"Unique place to stay in the heart of Lowestoft"

Very comfortable accommodation in a lovely early-20th century building. Decor and furnishing was in keeping with the period and function of the building, and we had a recently modernised en suite bathroom. Full of character, and the most wonderful staff: nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent food at a good price with relaxed and very personal service. Great location, very close to the station, right on the edge of Lowestoft’s magnificent beach and close to the town centre. A unique place and very much part of Lowestoft’s heritage.
